Method series printers come to UltiMaker Cura in the 5.6 beta

The beta release of Ultimaker Cura 5.6 brings prime tower improvements and support for Method series printers. Users of Method series printers can now slice files using Ultimaker Cura, with profiles available for Method X and Method XL printers, as well as material profiles for ABS-R, ABS-CF, and RapidRinse. This release also introduces the ability to add local printers, providing a secure alternative for companies with strict security policies. Cura offers extensive setting selections and regular updates with new features. The release also includes prime tower improvements and a new engine plugin that allows users to choose from an expanded list of infill patterns. Future updates will bring additional material profiles and compatibility with Ultimaker Digital Factory.
